We’ve won numerous accolades for our products and service, but recently we were paid the ultimate compliment when ILFORD approached us about joining forces in a strategic partnership.
Our entire TECCO team is focused on providing our customers with the highest level of service to match our top-quality media. Through our initial discussions I was excited to find this vision was shared by Paul Willems, the CEO of ILFORD Group AG. This mutual vision for our businesses is what really drove our decision to form this alliance with ILFORD.
Ultimately, we’ve strengthened our business with access to one of the most advanced research and development capabilities in our industry as well as a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. The more we talked about combining these attributes with the TECCO best-in-class customer service model and converting facilities, the more we knew that these synergies could create a powerful business model in the market.
Beyond the dovetailing of our capabilities, one aspect of the planned partnership that really drove this decision to join up under the ILFORD Group AG umbrella was the unique opportunity to partner with ILFORD while maintaining our autonomy. We’ve spent more than 30 years building a loyal customer base and an established brand, so maintaining the TECCO presence was important. As we move forward in this partnership towards our aligned business goals, I’m confident that both ILFORD and TECCO customers will see a noticeably strengthened product portfolio, and will feel the affects our bolstered customer service and distribution capabilities.
